We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while allowing us to manage our limited room availability effectively. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your reservation at Relic House Hotel.
Cancellation Timeline
Full refund of the total booking amount will be processed within 5–10 business days.
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
25% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 75% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@relichousehotel.com or call us at +90 384 271 20 83. Please have your booking reference number ready. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) to be considered valid. The cancellation date and time is determined by when we receive your written cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Rates
Certain promotional rates and special packages are sold as non-refundable. These bookings are clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" during the reservation process. These rates cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances after confirmation.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you anticipate a late arrival, please notify the hotel in advance.
Force Majeure
In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with guests to offer flexible rescheduling or credit vouchers valid for 12 months. We handle force majeure situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual credit timeframes may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed from our side.
