Booking Terms

A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Relic House Hotel. To secure your booking, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of reservation. Some room types may require a deposit payment to guarantee availability. The confirmation email will include your booking reference number, room details, check-in/check-out dates, and the total amount due.

Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 12:00 (12:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests arriving outside of standard reception hours should notify the hotel in advance. Official photo identification is required upon check-in for all guests.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and hotel property during their stay. Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly. Guests must comply with the hotel's house rules, including noise regulations and designated smoking areas. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival to cover potential incidental charges. Final payment is due at check-out unless a prepaid rate has been selected.

Room rates are based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Extra guests may be accommodated in some room categories for an additional fee, subject to availability and local fire safety regulations. Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Cribs and extra beds are available upon request.

Relic House Hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a stay or use of hotel facilities. Force majeure events beyond the hotel's reasonable control will not give rise to liability.
